This page broadly describes the terms of use for our non-profit organization’s website. The text is a general template and will be completed later together with a legal specialist.

In the final version, the document should cover at least the following aspects:

  • the purpose of the platform and categories of users (donors, volunteers, partners);
  • rules regarding responsible use of the website and contact or donation forms;
  • limitations of the organization’s liability for the information published and for partner sites we link to;
  • specific conditions related to donations, payments, confirmations and possible refunds (if applicable);
  • contact details for complaints, claims or legal requests related to the use of the website.
